Frequently asked questions

What do you manufacture?
Oversized t-shirts, cut and sew shirts, heavyweight hoodies, bottoms such as cargo pants, sweatpants and shorts, and headwear and accessories such as caps, beanies and totes.
Where is your factory?
Our factory is at 19/20, 1st floor, Bharat Industrial Estate, Ram Mandir Road, Goregaon East, Mumbai 400063, Maharashtra. Pattern, cut, stitch, print and pack all happen under one roof.
What is your minimum order quantity?
There is no MOQ. You can order small runs per style and colour, which suits new labels testing a first drop as well as established brands.
How long does sampling take?
Fit, proto and pre-production samples take 7–10 days. We fit on real bodies and dress forms and lock construction before bulk.
How long does a bulk order take?
Bulk production takes 21–35 days from the approved sample, depending on quantity and finishing.
How much can you produce?
Our floor produces up to 60,000 pieces a month across all styles.
What fabric weights can you work with?
We work with knits and wovens from 100–600 GSM, from lightweight jersey to heavyweight fleece.
Which printing and embellishment techniques do you offer?
Screen printing (water based, plastisol, discharge and puff), DTG, sublimation, HD prints, flat and 3D puff embroidery, appliqué, patches and heat transfer vinyl, all done in house.
Do I need a tech-pack before I start?
No. Bring a sketch or a reference and we build the production-ready tech-pack, bill of materials and graded size set for you.
Can you put my brand label on the garments?
Yes. We add custom woven labels and branded trims and pack in customised packaging, so every piece ships under your brand.
Do you ship outside India?
Yes. We produce for brands across India and ship export orders worldwide.
