Construction
Heavyweight hoodies need construction that survives the wash, not just the photo. Every detail below is standard on our floor.

Matching sets
Hoodies are often launched as a set. We make cargo pants, sweatpants and shorts in 240–360 GSM to match, with tapered, wide and utility fits, bartacked stress points, branded trims and custom washes.
Prints and embellishment
Every finish is done in house and colour matched by hand.
- Screen printing: water based, plastisol, discharge and puff.
- DTG printing for photographic, full-colour artwork with a soft hand feel.
- Sublimation for edge-to-edge all-over prints.
- Embroidery: flat and 3D puff, plus appliqué, patches and heat transfer vinyl.
